To all prospective landlords, it is YOUR responsibility to screen all applicants for your rental unit(s). The Wichita Housing Authority is only under contract when your unit has passed a Housing Quality Standard inspection, and the proper documentation has been signed by the Landlord and Client and has been approved by the Section 8 Program Coordinator.
