The City of Wichita has utilized Purple Wave Auction, Inc. to conduct online auctions to sell our surplus City property. The Internet is one method of marketing to insure that citizens and visitors to the City of Wichita have access to the surplus auction information. We will provide information below on upcoming auctions as soon as possible.
The City of Wichita is holding an Internet Only Auction of surplus vehicles and equipment closing Tuesday, November 18, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. CDT. The items are autos, pickups, vans, dump trucks, flusher truck, wrecker truck, tractor loaders, mowers, air compressors, water pumps, generators, rod iron and chain link fence. Inspection is on Saturday, November 8 and 15, 1-4 p.m. at the lot north of 1801 S. McLean.
